Character Royal 48 Color Eyeshadow Palette is an eyeshadow palette. Part of Character's Egyptian-inspired 'Cleopatra's Tale' series. Mix of matte tones for definition and shimmer shades for luminosity across the 48 shades. Several shades are designed to double as transition colours, liners or highlighters.
How to use
Sweep a base shade across the lid, deepen the crease with a mid-tone, and pat a highlight shade onto the centre of the lid or brow bone. Blend edges with a clean brush for a soft finish.
