Payments
How do I place an order?
Add items to your bag and tap Order on WhatsApp. Your order opens in WhatsApp already written out — add your name and address and send it. We confirm availability, send you a UPI QR code to pay, and your order is confirmed once the payment reaches us. Your GST bill is emailed to you.
Why does a product say Get quote?
Some products and combos do not have a fixed price on the website. Tap Get quote to message us on WhatsApp or email, and we will reply with the price and availability.
How does the cash on delivery advance work?
To confirm a cash on delivery order, an advance is paid by UPI on WhatsApp: ₹1,500 on bills under ₹15,000, or 10% of the bill on bills of ₹15,000 and above. The rest is paid when your order is delivered.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final, so please check your order carefully before you pay. You can read the full terms on our Return Policy page.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on prepaid orders. On cash on delivery, shipping is ₹500 on bills under ₹15,000 and ₹900 on bills of ₹15,000 and above.
