PAC Rose And Rose Palette is an eyeshadow palette. Blend of mattes, shimmers and chrome finishes across the 50 shades. Marketed as including built-in transition shades for easier blending.
How to use
Sweep a base shade across the lid, deepen the crease with a mid-tone, and pat a highlight shade onto the centre of the lid or brow bone. Blend edges with a clean brush for a soft finish.
