An easy-to-control eyeliner that goes on smoothly for both thin and bold lines. Best applied in short, light strokes, building up the line rather than dragging it in one pass.

Start close to the lash line and draw in short, light strokes from the inner to outer corner, connecting them into one clean line. Build gradually for a winged tip.
