Cancelling an order

You can request a cancellation any time before your order has shipped — please contact us as soon as possible.

Cash on delivery — advance payment

Cash on delivery orders require an advance payment before the order is confirmed (see our Shipping Policy for the amount). If an order is cancelled after this advance has been paid, the advance is non-refundable — we do not offer returns or refunds (see our Return Policy).

Orders paid in full in advance

Orders paid for in full in advance cannot be cancelled once confirmed, in line with our no-returns policy.
