SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges

• Prepaid (UPI / bank transfer) — free shipping on every order.
• Cash on delivery (COD) — ₹500 on orders under ₹15,000, and ₹900 on orders of ₹15,000 or more.

Cash on delivery — advance payment

Orders placed with cash on delivery need a small advance paid by UPI on WhatsApp, before the order is confirmed:

• Orders under ₹15,000 — an advance of ₹1,500.
• Orders of ₹15,000 or more — an advance of 10% of the order's MRP value.

The remaining balance (the rest of the product cost, plus shipping) is collected in cash or UPI when your order is delivered.
